1. Can I return the product?

2. How to return an item
- Contact our customer service and send order information to our customer service via email. Please also let me know what you want to return and why.
- You can choose to send it back yourself. Please contact customer service to obtain the nearest warehouse address. When sending out, please put the item in the original packaging and seal it properly. In addition, please contact us to provide the courier number you sent back. so we can refund you.
- You can also contact us to make an appointment for SF Express to pick up the goods at your door. You need to contact our customer service to provide your pick-up address and convenient pick-up time. (Please provide correct information such as the appointment time and other information.
